This is the same policy, written to be easy to read. If something here conflicts with the Legal version, the Legal version controls.

This section is intended for formal clarity and compliance. It describes our processing activities, legal bases, and rights.

1) Scope and definitions

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, use, disclosure, and other processing of Personal Data by Digital Nexus Academy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in connection with our websites, applications, learning platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with an identified or identifiable individual.

2) Data categories processed

We may process the following categories of Personal Data:

Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, account IDs).

9) Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided Personal Data, contact us to request deletion.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
